Maiocchi Architects is born in 1980 in the north of Italy.
During 30 years of activities based in Italy and in recently also in the south of France, we focused our activity in different typology of projects: Housing, Industrial, Shops, Offices, Museums, and we worked in all the phases of the project iter, solving problems and giving advices, opinions and experiences to our costumers.
The studio can focus the targets of private costumers and public administrations, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
Our dynamic approach also allow our staff to coordinate and lead specialized team-works in the answering of specific needs of our costumers.
The Flexibility and the preparation of our company allow us to cooperate with other companies also in the development of complex projects in different countries.
Fabrizio Maiocchi (1955) . He graduated in the faculty of Architecture of the Polytechnic of Milan in 1981 year in which He started his own professional activity . In over 30 years of solid experience He deals with urban planning , and urbanistic tools from public and private initiative . He served as Alderman for Urban Planning and Urban Renewal in the Municipality of Novara in the period , 2001 – 2004. During his whole activity he deals constantly with architectural design, interior design and the design and the construction management of complex project: Housing, Hospitality, Shops, Offices and Industrial buildings.
Marco Maiocchi (1982 ) . He graduated in Architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan in 2009 after a year of study at Lund Tekniska Högskola ( LTH ) in Sweden. He works as a teaching assistant from 2009 to 2012 at the Faculty of Architecture at Polytechnic of Milan in the class of Construction Architecture 5 , in that year he has been selected for the Phd at BEST Building Environment Science and Technology at the Polytechnic di Milano . In the years 2013-2014 he worked as Project Architect at Eva Jiricna Architects ( EJAL ) in London where he specialized in the design of complex project , materials and interior design.
